Our Team
At Oak Tree Kindergarten, our staff are at the heart of everything we do. Many of our practitioners have been with us for years, creating a stable, familiar, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and valued.
Our team is highly experienced in early years education and dedicated to supporting every child’s individual journey. With a blend of professional knowledge and genuine care, we provide the consistency, warmth, and encouragement children need to thrive.
We believe that strong relationships are the key to happy learning, which is why we work in close partnership with families and celebrate every milestone together.
Our staff hold qualifications ranging from Level 2 and Level 3 Childcare qualifications, to an ‘Early years professional status’ degree held by our Manager.
We have staff on ‘bank hours’ contracts and ‘lunch cover’ roles, specifically to make sure we are always in correct ratio.
Our managers are trained in ‘safer recruitment’ and this, alongside an in-depth induction process for every new member of staff, ensures the suitability of all our staff on site.
We employ both full time and part time members of staff.
Oak Tree Kindergarten believes that continuous professional development and learning for all staff is key in making sure we are providing the high quality care our children and families deserve. We ensure that all members of staff are Paediatric first aid trained to level three, and hold essential safeguarding training.
