The kindergarten provides care for children on a full and part-time basis from the age of birth to five.

It is open Monday to Friday throughout the year closing only on official bank holidays, 5 working days at Christmas, 4 working days at Easter and an extra day at the August bank holiday.

Full day – 8.00am to 6.00pm (including breakfast, lunch and tea)
Morning – 8.00am to 1.00pm (including breakfast and lunch)
Afternoon – 1.00pm to 6.00pm (including tea)

Yes – if you are eligible, you can use your 30 hours funded childcare with us. We’ll help you set up the codes and paperwork.

Yes, all 3 and 4-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare weekly, which equates to .11.4 hours of stretched funding over the year.

Some families qualify for 15 funded hours for their 2-year-old. Please ask us if you’d like to check your eligibility.

Government funding covers childcare hours only. Meals, snacks, and additional activities may have a small charge, which we’ll explain clearly.

Yes – at Oak Tree Kindergarten we stretch your hours across the full year. We’ll explain how this works and help set it up. We do not offer term- time only places/funding

You’re welcome to book additional sessions on top of your funded hours. These will be charged at our standard rates.
