Our Fees and Funding
At Oak Tree Kindergarten, we aim to make childcare flexible, transparent, and affordable for families.
Our Fees
- We offer both full-time and part-time places, with sessions designed to suit your family’s needs.
- Fees include high-quality care, learning experiences, and nutritious snacks..
- Additional costs (such as meals, outings, or extra-curricular activities) are clearly outlined in advance.
A full fee schedule is available on request.
Funding Options
We are registered to accept government funding for early education and childcare:
- Universal 15 hours: All children aged 3 and 4 are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare per week (during term time).
- Extended 30 hours: Eligible working parents may access up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week.
- 2-year-old funding: Some families may be entitled to 15 funded hours for their 2-year-old.
We stretch our funding – whether it’s 30 or 15 hours, that number only applies to the 38 weeks in term time. So, we ‘stretch’ the 15 or 30 funded hours across the whole year.
Usually parents can ‘stretch’ their 15 hours and receive up to 11.4 hours per week, while those with 30 hours could have up to 22.8 hours per week
We are happy to talk through what you may be eligible for and help you with the application process.
Flexible Use of Funding
Government funding can be used towards your child’s place with us, and we’ll work with you to create a package that suits your needs. Please note that funding covers childcare hours only, and additional services such as meals or extra activities will be charged separately.
